Attorney Caleb Tarver to Spearhead Real Estate Litigation

With a robust background in real estate law, taxation, and business matters, Caleb is set to lead the firm's real estate litigation practice with a unique blend of warmth and tenacity.
Originally hailing from Texas, Caleb now proudly calls Boston home, having settled down with his husband, their golden retriever, and two cats. His enthusiasm, thirst for knowledge, and passion for real estate transactions make him a valuable asset to the firm.
Caleb graduated Cum Laude from New England Law | Boston, where he not only earned his Juris Doctor but also obtained a Tax Law Certificate, showcasing his proficiency in handling complex legal matters. His educational journey includes a B.S. in Political Science, with minors in Business Administration and Communication, from Texas A&M University.
During his time at law school, Caleb gained hands-on experience in real estate law and conveyancing through an internship with Attorney Karla Goodale. Post-graduation, he further honed his skills in tax and business law during his tenure at KPMG.
Now, rejoining forces with Attorney Goodale as a full-time member of the Heine Goodale Law team, Caleb brings his knowledge and passion to the forefront. He specializes in real estate litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and small business law.
Caleb is dedicated to providing top-notch service to a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time homebuyers and real estate investors to commercial entities, small businesses, brokers, and agents. His commitment to client support is evident in his concierge-level service, helping clients efficiently navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and legal disputes.
In addition to his legal practice, Caleb contributes to legal education as an adjunct tax law professor at his alma mater, New England Law | Boston.

As a fun fact, Caleb and his husband embraced their new home during the COVID-19 pandemic, discovering a love for the great outdoors. They hiked over 250 miles all over New England with their golden retriever, further cementing their connection to the community.
